My life at Happy Days began when a friend of mine recommended the preschool to me for my first child. Little did I know I would be starting a journey that would not only provide amazing educational and social experiences for all four of my children, but also an abundance of love and special relationships for me!
Over the years, I have served in many capacities including teaching both 3-4’s and 4-5’s, teacher and director aide, curriculum coordinator and now as director. Being involved in every facet has helped me learn the things that are important to children and their families as well as to appreciate and value the staff that make it all happen. I can honestly say the amount of love, guidance and support demonstrated between the staff and children is second to none.
There are so many things I love about our school…from watching the children learn and grow academically to watching them laugh and enjoy the special fun days we plan, to watching them develop special friendships and their own self-confidence…..BUT I think the thing I love MOST is who I share it with……our staff, our children and our families! They are the reason I am blessed to be a part of the Happy Days Family and why I am proud to call Happy Days my home away from home!
Like many others, I was introduced to Happy Days when my child was ready to begin her schooling. Sending my daughter to Happy Days Preschool was something I did not have to think much about. I had heard and seen so many wonderful things about the programs they offered, and I just knew it was going to be the right decision for my
daughter. Now, she is entering kindergarten, and I am entering my first year at Happy Days as a 4–5-year-old teacher! I am thrilled to be a significant part of supporting the education of so many children and laying the foundation for their first school experiences. The environment at Happy Days is welcoming, loving, and supportive,
from staff to staff, staff to parents, and staff to children!

I am a 4-5 year old teacher at Happy Days Preschool. I was first introduced to Happy Days Preschool several years ago when I was looking for a preschool program for my middle son. My neighbors recommended Happy Days and we figured out why quickly. The atmosphere was just what my son needed.
I have worked in public schools for seven years. I worked with a variety of grade levels but preschool has always been my favorite. I love watching children explore and learn about the world around them. I find it fun to work with them and help them learn.
I look forward to meeting the children and their families and helping them learn and grow this school year.

My role at Happy Days is a 3-4 yr old teacher. My role is very special to me because as their first teacher I will be introducing them to school. My goal is to make sure they have a positive and loving experience.
My journey at Happy Days began when I was looking for a preschool for our children. When we learned of Happy Days we instantly fell in love with the nurturing and educational atmosphere.
I love the warm and inviting feeling you get when you walk in the door. The friendships we make and the memories we share are treasured forever. When you leave here, there's no doubt you are forever a part of our Happy Days family.

My current role at Happy Days is a teacher's aide and I previously taught 3’s and early 4’s. I learned about Happy Days from various neighbors and friends from Amelia, Anderson and Mt. Washington. All good things! So I decided to sign my daughter Harper up. Initially she had issues with socializing. During her first year at Happy Days she started talking to strangers at the store so I knew Happy Days was working for her. The bonus was she was learning along the way.
I love Happy Days because not only did my child learn and thrive her two years at the school, I now get to see first hand how special Happy Days truly is. Happy Days makes learning fun all year long.
Annette Miller is a true leader and has great connections with not just each of her teachers but every single child at Happy Days. She makes all of the kiddos feel special and gives each teacher a sense of belonging. I truly enjoy working at such a special place. I'm happy to be a part of the tribe!

I was introduced to Happy Days Preschool four years ago when my son attended. I automatically fell in love with everyone involved in the program. Despite being a very nervous mommy, the teachers were so welcoming and assured me my son would be
happy. They were correct! Now I am super excited to be a part of this amazing family as a 3–4-year-old teacher along with my youngest child attending with me!

My role at Happy Days is as a Teacher’s Aide.
I live just outside of Bethel, and when I was searching for a preschool for my children, everyone I talked to spoke so highly of Happy Days. I enrolled my two boys, and I was amazed by how much they learned during their preschool years! Every day they came home excited, eager to share all the fun activities and new things they had discovered.
In 2025, I was thrilled to join the Happy Days team when my youngest son began
attending. Now, I get to be part of creating the same joyful, enriching experiences for other children that my own kids enjoyed so much.

My role at Happy Days is a teacher's aide.
I first learned about Happy Days when considering a preschool for my daughter. I received recommendations from many of my family and friends. My daughter absolutely loved it right away and was begging to go to school every day!
I joined the Happy Days team in 2018 and was able to see first hand how much each staff member puts into their classrooms, making it a fun and safe environment to learn so many new things. They truly go above and beyond. I left for a few years after having my son and now he attends Happy Days.
I am excited to be back in the classrooms! It's a blessing to be part of such an amazing preschool. I enjoy watching each child practice their writing and fine motor skills with crafts, but most of all I love seeing them make new friends!

Happy Days has always had a special place in my heart as all of my siblings and I attended as kids and now we are sending our own children here.
Coming from being a stay at home mom to being a teacher's aide has been a perfect transition.
I love being with the kids and watching them thrive here!

Growing up in Bethel, I had always heard of Happy Days. Fast forward many years, it was the top choice for my daughters to attend preschool. My husband and I were blown away at how much our children loved attending school, how much love they felt at school, and how they thrived academically!
I love being a teacher at Happy Days, and I am thrilled to be a part of the love-filled, fun atmosphere! I am privileged to be one of the first faces a child will have in a school setting; I strive to leave a lasting impression and encourage children to love school.
Most importantly, I make kindness the number one learning objective in my classroom.
Before teaching, I was a stay-at-home mom for six years. Prior to that, I worked in multiple childcare roles throughout Clermont County. In my free time I enjoy reading, attending concerts, and traveling.
I look forward to this school year and making memories with such an incredible team!

I have been involved in childcare in
Clermont County since 2002, with a CDA
in Preschool education. Most recently,
I've been a stay-at-home mom and
babysitter.
I got to know the Happy Days staff
pretty well bringing many of my
babysitting kids here over the years.
Each of those kids LOVED their time in
preschool, and I could see why! The
caring and dedicated staff, the fun
environment, and the wonderful
programming at Happy Days make it the
best preschool around!
I feel so lucky to be a part of this amazing team!

My journey at Happy Days started back in 2020 when my oldest daughter started preschool. Once it was time for my middle daughter and son to come, I began working as an aide. The following year I became a teacher! It truly is such a fun, loving atmosphere and I am incredibly thankful to be a part of it!
As a teacher, I love getting to teach and love each child that walks through those doors like my own. There is something special about setting one of the first examples of how much fun learning and school should be, and nothing beats those special hugs and stories you hear throughout the school year!
Every year I look forward to meeting new little faces and having the opportunity to make everlasting memories with each kiddo!
